OTC Junior Accountant (Cash Application)

Zakres obowiązków

• The Accounts Receivable Accountants perform O2C (Order-to-Cash) activities for the newly established Business Service Organisation in Wrocław, Poland. They will be responsible for Transactional Operations: Collections, Billing Management, Dispute Management and Cash Application as well as Proposing and driving the most effective and efficient ways of working through process standardisation and optimalisation. The Junior O2C Accountant will be responsible for the respective country or number of countries/clusters in the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include: Contacting the customer regarding past due items Reviewing the list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions Processing Billing requests Managing customer enquiries or disputes Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts. Bank Accounts reconciliation Performing month‑end close activities Creating, updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Technical skills Processing in ERPs (SAP) would be an asset Knowledge of MS Office Language skills Fluent in English and Polish (advanced working proficiency required) Knowledge of other European languages is a plus. Education requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance &amp

Required job experience Prior to work experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes (would be an asset) Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organisation would be an asset.
