Opis

The project is part of the Global Front Office Rates and Credit Electronic Trading Technology team at a leading international investment bank. The team is responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, low-latency Java server-side components supporting electronic trading platforms used by Front Office users globally. The role involves close collaboration with traders, sales and other technology teams.

Wymagania

• 10+ years of strong core Java skills, including multithreading and concurrency.

• Prior experience in banking or financial services.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Knowledge of FIX protocol and trade capture/lifecycle is a plus.

• Familiarity with listed derivatives, futures, and options is a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications with a focus on core Java and concurrency.

• Work independently from solution design to delivery with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with junior developers to deliver features and enhancements.

• Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
