Wymagania

• Higher education (finance/accounting/auditing).

• At least 5 years’ experience as an accountant.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of national accounting standards and tax legislation.

• Experience with the following software: essential – 1C (version 8.2), MEDok, Client-Bank, Vchasno.

• Proficiency in using a PC at an advanced user level.

• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical mindset.

• Ability to handle large volumes of information within tight deadlines.

• Proactive and communicative.

Zakres obowiązków

• Processing of primary documents from suppliers (invoices, acts, delivery notes).

• Distribution of bank statements (payments to suppliers).

• Entry and verification of incoming tax invoices; verification of VAT accounts 631 and 6442.

• Working with fixed assets and low-value assets: maintaining records, putting assets into operation, monitoring their useful lives, issuing relevant orders and providing supporting documentation.

• Verifying the availability of original primary documents, collecting them and exchanging documents; electronic document management.

• Reconciling accounts with counterparties.
