Wymagania
Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Experience of min. 5 working years, incl background of Sales Management, with excellent related skills for sales capacity.
Prior experience in area Dairy and Beverage,
Experience in negotiations with the clients on new machines and spare parts
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta and CRM systems
Good working level of English speaking and writing
Emphatic with strong customer focus
Service oriented, patient, and a team player
Safety conscious and of good moral character
Strongly self-motivated for personal responsibility, working for solution & overcoming difficulties; highly organized and able to work independently, having strong team work mind and skills
Ready to travel and work off-hours
Preferred are: Holding a valid driver’s license
Zakres obowiązków
Achieve the specified order intake, profitability and growth targets
Sales of new machines in the field of separation technology (separators and decanters) to existing and new customers
Market observation and development with the business lines
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
Consulting and technical quotation preparation
Systematic identification and development of market and customer potential
Documentation and reporting on sales activities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and identify and acquire new customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Forecast sales, set sales quotas, and develop sales plans.
Negotiating tender and contract terms ensure closure of contract by understanding the terms and conditions that are best fit to market and as per the GEA guidelines
Liaising with other team members of the sales team and technical experts. Be a key member in solving client problems.
Use CRM tools to enhance sales, achieve maximum on lead conversion, and follow up.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
