Business Development Manager (M/F)Industry: Technologies for telecommunications operatorsLocation: Warsaw and surrounding areas We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can sell complex technological solutions to telecom operators, works independently, and is comfortable engaging in discussions with executive-level stakeholders. Scope of Responsibilities Developing sales among large and mid-sized telecom operators Building relationships with decision-makers (business, technology, C-level) Analysing customer needs and selecting appropriate infrastructure solutions Managing the full end-to-end sales process Creating offers together with the engineering/presales team Identifying new business opportunities, including within the existing customer base Conducting market and competitive analysis Participating in industry events and presenting solutions Collaborating with external partners on integration projects Requirements Experience in B2B sales (telecom/technology experience is a plus) Ability to work in a consultative manner and lead the entire sales cycle Experience working with large organisations Confidence in conversations with C-level executives and technical teams Strategic thinking, proactiveness, and strong results orientation English level B2+/C1 What We Offer High level of autonomy and real impact on client strategy Projects focused on modernising telecom operators’ infrastructure Fast decision-making processes and a modern work culture Technical support (presales + engineers) Cooperation based on a B2B contract Hybrid work model (office approx. once a month) Company car, fuel card, and a full set of tools Who Are We Looking For?
