Wymagania
You will play a critical role in driving performance, with a strong focus on SG&A, investment decisions, and cross-functional projects.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, operational finance, or business partnering roles (retail or consumer-facing industry experience preferred)
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to operational reality
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo
Experience in investment appraisal and performance tracking
Highly proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Jedox is an advantage
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are welcome but not required
Fluent English
Willingness to cooperate on the basis of a fixed‑term contract.
Zakres obowiązków
Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision-making at the highest level
Drive transparency and control over SG&A, identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting cost optimization initiatives
Evaluate and challenge investment cases, ensuring robust financial analysis and clear performance tracking post-implementation
Support and influence strategic projects, bringing financial perspective to complex, cross-functional initiatives
Contribute actively to senior leadership discussions, offering both financial and commercial viewpoints
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders
Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly performance insights, focusing on key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance decision support.
