Description
We are looking for a Design Systems Lead for our client, one of the world's largest natural resource companies. The role will focus on establishing and evolving a unified design system across an enterprise-grade Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) platform built on multiple micro-frontends. The platform (COMET) requires a single accountable expert to define, govern, and scale a consistent UI layer across teams. The successful candidate will ensure that design and implementation remain fully aligned by owning the end-to-end design system lifecycle, from Figma design standards to front-end component implementation. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong expertise in both UX systems design and front-end engineering practices. The individual will act as the key authority for UI consistency, reuse, and design governance across multiple development teams.
