• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry (working according to agile methodologies)

• Excellent communication skills with diverse IT and business stakeholders

• Experience in starting and structuring new projects, products and services

• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple initiatives in parallel

• Openness and transparency mindset, driving continuous improvement through feedback

• Ability to clearly communicate product vision and priorities, fostering collaboration and product value

• Strong business and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business needs and strategic objectives into a clear product direction, roadmap and measurable value

• Proven ability to build and empower high-performing product teams, creating ownership, trust and effective collaboration across different roles, functions and locations

• Fluency in English
