You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles
Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday)
Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)
Understanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data
Experience in and understanding HR processes and operating models
Proven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises
Experience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
