EPAM is growing its Microsoft Business Applications practice and seeks experts skilled in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams to build essential business solutions for enterprise clients, supporting organizations in speeding up their AI adoption and digital transformation efforts. Responsibilities Lead development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions Drive technical design decisions and implementation approaches Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers Design integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and custom agents Establish engineering best practices and quality standards Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants Support technical estimations and solution planning Requirements 5+ years of experience engineering Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform solutions Advanced expertise in C#/.NET Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions Proven background in technical leadership and mentoring Familiarity with Agile engineering practices English proficiency at B2+ level Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities Working knowledge of prompt engineering concepts Awareness of Responsible AI principles Practical experience using AI-powered productivity or development tools A plus: experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents Nice to have Background in Power BI Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP Industry exposure in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience engineering Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform solutions

• Advanced expertise in C#/.NET

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps

• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions

• Proven background in technical leadership and mentoring

• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices

• English proficiency at B2+ level

• Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
