This is the right job for you if:
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including brand strategy development, analysis of marketing and sales performance, and media planning.
Have knowledge of advertising communication, advertising tools, media, and analytics tools.
Can think conceptually and approach challenges creatively.
Can analyze data and translate it into business recommendations.
Are goal-oriented and focused on client needs.
Are comfortable presenting and defending their ideas.
Have very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Google Slides and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Demonstrate a high standard of work (e.g., presentation aesthetics, email communication, timeliness).
Are independent and responsible in executing assigned tasks.
Feel comfortable in an advisory role and can build relationships with stakeholders from various areas.
Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Zakres obowiązków
You will actively seek out, develop, and provide substantive support for client-oriented initiatives (e.g., product, commercial, and communication initiatives).
You will collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Analysts, Ad Product, Ad Operations, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Education, PR), gaining a broad perspective for building strategies for clients and product categories on Allegro.
You will analyze and report on media performance and its impact on sales, category seasonality, and online shopping trends, allowing you to deepen your knowledge and analyze trends.
You will create and execute advertising and sales strategies for top brands on Allegro and actively participate in go-to-market strategies for selected categories, supporting Sales teams.
You will contribute to presentations for conferences and commercial materials from a storytelling perspective.
You will conduct webinars for clients and presentations at industry conferences.
You will work in internal task forces to develop new growth areas for advertising.
You will gain comprehensive knowledge of Allegro, the retail media market, and new technologies, and implement it in your strategies and recommendations.
You will take ownership of independent, dedicated projects supporting the development of Allegro Advertising’s offering.
