Dołącz do nas i pomóż zarządzać tym, co napędza świat.Stanowisko to podlega:Global Category Manager__The Category Specialist – Facilities & Real Estate supports the development and execution of category strategies across Facilities Management services, Real Estate-related spend, Utilities (green energy procurement), and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects.The role works closely with the Category Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-efficient, compliant, and value-driven sourcing and supplier management across the Facilities and Real Estate portfolio.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This position plays a key role in operational procurement activities, demand management, market analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global or regional procurement environment.You will be mainly accountable for:Supporting the Category Manager in executing category and sourcing strategies across Facilities Management (Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated FM), Utilities (energy, green energy, water, waste), and CAPEX projects (construction, refurbishments, technical upgrades), including preparation and execution of RFx processes, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.Acting as a key procurement interface for Facilities and Real Estate stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and procurement strategies, and supporting effective cross-functional collaboration.Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, amendments, and renewals, in close cooperation with Legal and business stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal standards and policies.Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, supporting regular performance reviews, identifying and escalating supply risks and performance issues, and contributing to mitigation actions, including sustainability, ESG, and compliance initiatives within the supply base.Supporting cost and value management activities by tracking savings initiatives, contributing to financial reporting, and ensuring visibility of procurement value delivery.Conducting market research and supplier analysis across Facilities, Real Estate, Utilities, and CAPEX categories, supporting spend analysis, ensuring data accuracy in procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba), and preparing presentations, dashboards, and documentation for category reviews.Driving process standardization and continuous improvement by promoting best practices in sourcing, contracting, and supplier management processes, contributing to operational efficiency and procurement excellence.Qualifications for the role:You are highly skilled in procurement, category management, and strategic sourcing, and enjoy working within Facilities Management, Real Estate, Utilities, and CAPEX project environments.You have 3–6 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, with exposure to Facilities Management services, Real Estate procurement, CAPEX projects, or technical sourcing environments; experience in utilities or energy sourcing is a strong advantage.Possess an enhanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and data analysis tools; experience with procurement systems and analytics platforms is considered beneficial.You are passionate about stakeholder collaboration and are innovative around managing multiple priorities, driving commercial value, and supporting cross-functional alignment in a matrix organization.You demonstrate strong analytical, commercial, and data interpretation skills, combined with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.You are at ease communicating in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
