What you’ll do: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Administration & Employee Services team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning Oversee the entire employee lifecycle Ensure precise and reliable PA/OM data management across core HR systems (SAP HCM, OneHRIS, MyHR) Deliver accurate recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and clarity Secure full compliance with labor law, internal policies, GDPR, and audit standards, maintaining robust HR governance Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital improvements, contributing to HR transformation and efficiency gains What you bring: 3+ years in a leadership or coordination role.
