Wymagania
5+ years of professional experience within a consulting environment in IT projects within the US/Canada P&C insurance market.
Experience with Guidewire implementation projects.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance operating models and core processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables; prior experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant is highly valued
Proven team management skills and accountability for team results.
Hands-on project management experience.
Zakres obowiązków
As a Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex Guidewire transformation initiatives while helping expand our presence across the US and Canada. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, guide strategic decisions, and drive key initiatives.
Project & Delivery:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects within the P&C insurance sector, overseeing large Agile initiatives or managing key workstreams within complex transformation programs.
Act as a Product Owner or Business Architect as needed.
Partner with our clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Drive a complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and guide solution design in close cooperation with cross-functional teams.
Sales & Client Advisory:
Develop and manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Lead B2B sales efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling.
Present and articulate new ideas to clients and participate in discussions with key stakeholders.
Handle communication in challenging situations, including delivering difficult news.
Contribute to proposal preparation and present solutions to senior client stakeholders.
