Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Now, we are looking for people with prior experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) or healthcare organizations (HCOs), who want to transition into a back-office role. This position focuses on managing contracts and supporting administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders - without client visits or sales responsibilities. We are looking for: Customer Service Specialist with DutchYour future role: Provide support for HCP/HCO onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing, and payments, Facilitate offline contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signatories, Review contracts redline requests and escalate to Legal when needed, Follow up with business owners or HCP/HCO on outstanding contracts, Manage contract amendments by coordinating with stakeholders, Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel, or payments, Facilitate HCP travel requests and communicate arrangements, Support post-engagement tasks, including invoice reconciliation and expense recordation.
