Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, FMCG etc)

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to your sector (e.g., FCA, GDPR, ISO standards, MHRA, EU standards or equivalent)

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical or legal jargon into clear, actionable guidance

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for anticipating and mitigating risks

• PMO Certifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, or regulatory-specific training

Job Tasks

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of EU PPWR remediation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met

• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable project plans for cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with Packaging, Compliance, Risk, Sustainability and Operations teams to ensure alignment on regulatory interpretations and deliverables

• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and proactively adjust project scopes and strategies

• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to senior stakeholders and regulators

• Implement best practices for regulatory project governance, including documentation, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication
