Responsibilities: Handle and validate incoming invoices and payment requests Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on schedule Reconcile accounts payable transactions and address any inconsistencies Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers Assist with month-end close processes and reporting tasks Requirements: Experience in accounting (any department) English - B2/C1 Hungarian - B2/C1 Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow Collaborative mindset and solid communication skills Nice to have / optional: Polish language skills University graduate in accounting/finance Offer: Remote position in Poland - you need to appear in the Katowice office only once per month Package of benefits: private medical care, sports card Possibility to start in May or from the beginning of June 2026 Trainings in the first two weeks - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
