Wymagania
Category Manager (Footwear)
Min. 3 years of experience in Buying or Category Management, including experience in Footwear category, with a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
Preferred higher education.
Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Office 365.
Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2).
Knowledge of fabrics, print techniques, and production processes.
Analytical, creative, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator, team player, and customer-focused.
Strong planning, organisation, decision-making, and business awareness.
Adaptable and open to change.
Readiness for business travels (Approximately 20% of working time).
Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from the office in Poznań.
Zakres obowiązków
Own the Footwear category end-to-end, with full accountability for range selection, pricing, trading performance, markdown strategy, and stock risk management.
Implement mid- and long-term category strategies and lead in-season trading decisions, including range architecture and full-price positioning.
Partner closely with Planning to deliver financial targets and optimise performance.
Analyse weekly and in-season results, recommending and executing corrective actions where needed.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-relevant, value-for-money product ranges.
Oversee product development and selection, ensuring quality, packaging standards, and strong commercial positioning.
Build and manage a competitive supplier base, negotiating pricing and delivery terms to secure margin and speed to market.
Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen the value proposition and identify sourcing opportunities.
Lead and develop the Category Assistant.
