Software Engineer (Python, AI Tools & Automation)

Wymagania

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Knowledge of AI models and designing platforms using those models

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Experience with Odoo platform

Zakres obowiązków

• Translating business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with process owners both on process design and automation implementation

• Designing, developing and maintaining software applications.

• Designing tools embedding AI models

• Effective use of AI-powered development tools such as Copilot and Cursor

• Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues

• Performing software testing and ensuring code quality

Opis

Application and Platform Development organization is responsible for automating NOKIA Services operations by creating tools that accelerate service delivery and optimize resources. We also create internal tools used by Supply Chain or other NOKIA employees. Architects and developers using AI tools design and implement software applications, which include web-based and standalone solutions, as well as mobile versions. The software is deployed in the cloud. Developers ensure high performance and security for these solutions. A modern microservices-based architecture enables quick installation and ensures reliability. It’s a dynamic team, where technical excellence meets collaboration and growth. You will work alongside highly skilled technical experts who are passionate about innovation and problem-solving in a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at our Wrocław office two days per week.
