University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Prior experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business support is an advantage.

Basic understanding of financial principles,

General knowledge of retail

Strong technical skills in MS Office (especially Excel – formulas, pivot tables, charts; PowerPoint; Word); experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.

Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages are an advantage

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

Team-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Prepare regular financial and operational reports to support business performance.

Analyse data to spot trends and provide clear insights for decision-making.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process with data inputs and model updates.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reports and dashboards.

Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support Finance Business Partners with materials for business reviews.

Follow internal controls and finance policies to ensure compliant financial processes.

Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
