This is the right job for you if:

• Posiadają doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym lub pokrewnym stanowisku min. 3 lata

• Znają oprogramowanie CMMS/ERP

• Wiedzę o awariach instalacji budynkowych i podobnych

• Potrafią czytać rysunki techniczne

• Posiadają czynne Prawo Jazdy kat. B

• Znają język angielski w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie

• Posiadają zdolność do pracy w środowisku rozproszonym

• Posiadają zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu

• Mają wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności organizacji pracy oraz komunikacji

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily facility issues.

• Coordinate daily warehouse equipment issues.

• Coordinate work orders performed by external companies.

• Manage technical documentation and inspection reports.

• Prepare an action plan to end a lease with speculative warehouses.

• Coordinate inspections, modifications, repaires, SLAs with external companies.
