Wymagania
Strong experience with AWS technology, gained either:
directly at AWS or
within a consulting or system integration company delivering AWS projects
Proven background in business development, technology sales, or partner development
Ability to translate AWS capabilities into concrete business value and project opportunities
Solid understanding of projects delivered by engineering teams (platforms, applications, data and AI platforms, others)
Experience working with enterprise and/or mid‑market customers
High level of autonomy, ownership, and results orientation
Fluent English (Polish is a plus)
Active EU work permit
Experience working within the AWS Partner network
AWS certifications
Experience in co‑selling with global technology vendors
Existing relationships within AWS and with enterprise customers

Zakres obowiązków
A business leadership role embedded in Engineering in Central Europe
Close, ongoing collaboration with technical leaders, architects, and delivery teams as well as other teams in Deloitte organization
Close cooperation with company-wide AWS alliance leader for overall alliance cooperation and cross-offering projects
Ownership of the commercial success of AWS sales and co-ownership of projects delivered by Engineering
Full ownership of AWS business growth (pipeline, customers, revenue) on core CE markets (Poland and also Czechia, Hungary, Romania)
Building and leading a strategic partnership with AWS (co‑selling, joint initiatives, operational relationships)
Actively acquiring new customers and initiating AWS‑based projects delivered by Engineering teams
Leading executive‑level and strategic conversations with customers (C‑level / IT leadership)
Working closely with presales, architects, and engineering teams to shape solutions and offers
Growing existing client accounts through upsell and cross‑sell of AWS‑based services
Identifying new growth areas within the AWSecosystem (applications, data, modernization, migrations)
