Wymagania
At least one year of experience in a similar position, allowing you to feel confident in your daily tasks
Vocational or technical education (a higher engineering degree will be considered an additional advantage)
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, feeler gauges, and micrometers
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and symbols
Willingness to work in a shift system
Basic knowledge of MS Office, useful in everyday work
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an additional advantage
Basic knowledge of English and/or German will be considered a plus
Zakres obowiązków
Preparing tools and fixtures required for machining on CNC machines, including milling cutters, drills, measuring instruments, tool holders, and related equipment
Setting up and verifying measuring tools to ensure accurate measurements during CNC machining
Maintaining documentation related to the tool-setting process, such as trial machining reports, tool files, and technical records
Overseeing tool reconditioning to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Managing tool availability and inventory in the SAP system
Ordering tools as needed to support ongoing production requirements
Ensuring tool readiness and security for newly purchased machines
Making sure CNC machine operation complies with health and safety rules and internal procedures
Working closely with production teams and technologists to determine optimal tooling solutions and machining parameters
Taking care of order and cleanliness in the work area, and supporting proper operation and maintenance of CNC tools and machines
