Your profile and qualifications
5+ years of field service experience with powder handling, filling, or process equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience
Solid knowledge of:Pneumatics and electrical systemsP&IDs, instrumentation, and production diagramsPowder transport, packaging, and palletizing systems

Familiarity with GMP, FDA, 3A, and related regulatory standards
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% (primarily U.S. & Canada, with some international travel)

Support installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of powder filling and process equipment
Perform both planned and emergency maintenance on installed systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues—both onsite and remotely
Ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment performance
Serve as the face of the company in the field
Build strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Identify service opportunities, recommend upgrades, and suggest spare parts
Support optimization of customer systems and processes
Prepare detailed service reports, inspection summaries, and start-up documentation
Collaborate with internal teams across service, sales, and project management
Provide operator training on equipment use and preventive maintenance
Conduct site visits and performance audits
Adhere to all safety policies, OSHA standards, and customer HSE requirements
