Your profile and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Forklift certification is highly preferred

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Be familiar with procedures such as lock-out/tag-out, confined space, HAZMAT, forklift safety and various other safety measures

• Be familiar with operating procedures for conveyors, scales, hoists, meters, etc.

Your responsibilities and tasks

• The Filler Floater is a flexible production support role responsible for packaging final product and assisting with various production-related tasks as needed. This position supports filler, labeling, batching, and other operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
