• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trust at all levels.

• Experience working in an agile, metrics-driven environment with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

• Extensive experience with global recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM.

• A minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience developed within search firms and/or global multinational organizations.
