Requirements
Fluency in English is essential, fluency in other European languages would be an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word & Excel (MS Office and/or ECDL would be an advantage)
Availability and ability to work shift and weekend cover
Knowledge of Ryanair Route Network, Policies & Procedures and Airline Obligations under regulation EU261 2004
Previous experience in the airlines industry / operations is required
Proven ability to work under pressure.
