Required skills
Experience: in-depth experience in e-commerce marketing (subscription/mass market model), practice in running advanced performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, affiliation), and experience in managing marketing teams and the B2B sales funnel.
Language: Polish, English.
Tool Pro: advanced knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytical systems for managing data and KPIs, and knowledge of trends and tools in the field of AI and marketing automation.
Soft skills: high creativity, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and team management by objectives.
Bonus points for:
experience in the TSL industry (transport, shipping, logistics).

The role & the team
You will lead a marketing team consisting of campaign, performance, and data specialists, focusing on scaling the product in a subscription model. Your main goal is to optimize the B2B sales funnel and implement modern AI and automation tools to increase process efficiency. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the sales department to jointly achieve ambitious business goals and build value for our clients.

What will you do
develop and implement comprehensive growth (performance) strategies and build a long-term brand vision.
manage a cross-functional marketing team, coordinating activities in the areas of campaigns, performance, and data analytics.
constantly monitor and optimize the customer acquisition cost (CAC) and strive to maximize their lifetime value (LTV).
identify areas for optimization and implement modern tools based on artificial intelligence and marketing automation.
cooperate closely with the sales department to generate quality leads and support the achievement of revenue goals.
analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make decisions regarding campaign optimization based on them.
