Description

Tasks: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness Coordination of external payroll vendors Partner with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Design and execute talent development initiatives to support career progression and skills enhancement Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role within a corporate environment

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and labor regulations in Poland

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

• Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards

• Relevant HR certifications or degrees are preferred

• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
