Requirements
1-4 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience in HR systems administration.
Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (German/ French / Italian / Spanish / Turkish)
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
Good understanding of HR processes, systems, and employee experience practices.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
A continuous improvement mindset, coupled with an interest in innovation and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high data quality and the accurate maintenance of learning records and reports.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into LMS performance and support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize learning processes.
Collaborate with HR and support teams to resolve employee inquiries as part of second-line support in a timely and effective manner.
Manage the full lifecycle of LMS activities, including:
Creating and maintaining training items following the appropriate validation process.
Uploading, testing, and maintaining e-learning content.
Manually assigning training outside of automated rules.
Scheduling and administering classroom and virtual training sessions.
Managing registrations, cancellations, and last-minute changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Tracking attendance and maintaining accurate learning histories, including data corrections when required.
Support audit activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver required reports.
Coordinate training logistics, including sending invitations, managing attendance records, and monitoring mandatory training completion rates.
Identify, track, and implement process improvements in alignment with global standards and organizational guidelines.
