IAM Security Architect

Description

Your new company Your new role Monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity and IAM trends relevant to the organization, including developments in AI, Cloud, Non-Human Identities (NHI), and emerging regulations. Designing and developing enterprise-level IAM security architectures, standards, blueprints, and reusable security patterns. Performing IAM-related risk assessments and evaluating security controls, balancing security requirements, business needs, costs, and risk reduction. Assessing IAM threat scenarios and defining target-state architectures and technology roadmaps. Providing expert guidance on IAM solution design and implementation while collaborating with global stakeholders. Driving alignment across security and IT teams and presenting architectural concepts in international security forums. Evaluating the organization's security posture against industry best practices and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST and recommending improvements. What you'll need to succeed University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Several years of experience within Identity and Access Management, including designing and delivering IAM architectures in large international environments. Strong background in enterprise and security architecture, including target-state architecture design and roadmap development. Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Ping Identity and Okta. Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust. Experience with Identity Governance and Administration platforms such as SailPoint or Oracle Identity Governance. Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles and security frameworks, including NIST 800-207. Strong knowledge of offensive security concepts and attacker methodologies; certifications such as OSCP, CEH or equivalent will be considered an advantage. Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical topics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
