The team

• You'll be part of the Group Finance team based in Kraków at Fabryczna Office Park, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

• Our team supports the EMEA region by delivering accurate and reliable financial information. The role focuses on providing reporting support across a range of operational and financial activities, while working closely with colleagues in different locations and business areas.

Your skills and experience

• What we're looking for:

• good understanding of financial markets and financial reporting concepts

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• proficiency in MS Excel and confidence working with data

• effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment

• proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently

• willingness to learn new processes and systems

• familiarity with regulatory reporting or the banking industry would be an advantage

Key responsibilities

• Are you great with numbers? Do you enjoy analyzing financial data and working with technology-driven solutions?

• We're looking for someone who can:

• support the preparation and submission of regulatory financial reports for authorities such as the European Central Bank and Bundesbank on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis

• work closely with colleagues to enhance reporting processes, controls, and data quality standards

• contribute to regulatory and finance-related initiatives across Investment Banking and Wealth Management

• assist in producing management reports and business insights for internal stakeholders

• collaborate with teams across multiple locations, including Germany and other international offices
