Your team

• You'll be working in the IB Business Risk Management team based in Krakow. We are a team of eleven professionals who work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations worldwide.

• This role will give you the opportunity to learn how financial institutions assess and manage non-financial risks, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute directly to the delivery of our team's objectives.

Your expertise

• Self-motivated, proactive and driven with the ability to work independently as well as cooperate within a team

• Good communication skills, an ability to convey information in English clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Efficiency-oriented, focused on achieving results in a timely manner and optimizing ways of working

• Problem solving abilities, resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions

• Risk aware, conscientious and willing to challenge the status quo

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and AI-powered productivity tools would be an advantage

Your role

• Are you self-motivated and confident? Do you want to learn how financial institutions manage operational risks and gain hands on experience in this area? We’re looking for someone like you to:

• Be part of our team supporting the implementation of the Non-Financial Risk Framework within UBS Investment Bank

• Review front office errors to ensure quality and compliance with requirements, while identifying trends, recurring issues, and control gaps

• Analyze data and prepare reports that provide clear insights and highlight changes in our risk profile

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across global locations
