Basic Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
Podstawowe Kwalifikacje
2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, operations, or infrastructure support roles.
Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Experience supporting users in a high-availability, operational environment
Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and escalate appropriately
Basic level of English
Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish
Preferowane Kwalifikacje
Knowledge of enterprise IT tools for ticketing, asset management, and monitoring
Experience with network troubleshooting beyond basics (switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, incident isolation)
Exposure to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management)
Experience supporting large-scale end-user device environments (hundreds to thousands of devices)
Ability to work across teams and influence without authority
Demonstrated ownership and bias for action in incident resolution
Hold a valid driver´s license
