What we offer
Global events. Access to yearly 2-3 weeks global events with other ING International Talent Programme talents from all around the world (you will mainly be in Warsaw and/or Katowice) in the first 18 months).

We are looking for you, if you
have a university degree
are fluent in English (C1)
have a maximum 2 years of work experience outside your studies
have basic hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines (from studies, internships, or personal projects)
are comfortable with working in a Linux environment
have basic scripting or programming skills
want to work in an international environment
are able to build relationships with business partners and are not afraid to make decisions
Additionally, you will score for
Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
Basic knowledge of databases
Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)
International experience
Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in any organization such as AIESEC)
