Processing and managing invoices in line with internal procedures, Providing high-quality support related to billing inquiries and resolving issues, Ensuring accuracy and quality of financial data and handling discrepancies, Cooperating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations, Supporting month-end activities, including proper allocation of costs and revenues, Maintaining and updating master data (e.g. customer records), Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
