• Znają MS Office, a szczególnie Excel w stopniu podstawowym (mile widziane)

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the assignment of orders to couriers and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries.

• Track shipments in logistics systems to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

• Inform dispatchers and couriers about delays or delivery problems to ensure quick resolution.

• Receive reports from couriers regarding failures, delays, or delivery issues and take appropriate action.

• Support the customer service department with delivery-related inquiries and issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
