This is the right job for you if:

• You have experience in partner/client care (if you can handle multiple channels like e-mail, chat, WhatsApp, or Messenger, that's a huge plus!).

• You are fluent in Hungarian and Slovak (both written and spoken).

• You are flexible – you don't mind shift work (including weekends and holidays) because our partners need constant support.

• You can easily analyze data from various sources and work across multiple systems simultaneously.

• You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with other departments.

• You enjoy people: You find joy in communication, are open-minded, full of energy, and partner satisfaction is your top priority.

• Experience in e-commerce (online stores) is a great advantage for you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Multi-channel support: You will communicate daily with our merchants (mostly in Hungarian and Slovak) – via e-mail, phone, chat, and WhatsApp. No question will be a problem for you. Sometimes you might also communicate with merchants in another language, but various tools will help you with translations.

• Support from A to Z: You will partner with them through all phases: from starting the registration, through account setup and first orders, all the way to invoicing and financial settlement.

• Onboarding and assistance: You will help merchants with initial setup, explain processes, and activate services. You will also assist with managing orders, refunds, and complaints.

• Relationship building: You will actively nurture long-term relationships with merchants and ensure their maximum satisfaction.

• Innovator role: You will track requests, report, and provide feedback that helps us continuously improve our services.

• Process creation: You will have a real impact on building the Allegro brand and creating processes that streamline the work of the entire team.
