What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry.

• Exposure to KYC/AML systems or case management tools.

• Experience handling client complaints or resolving service issues.

• Experience supporting internal or external audit requests.

• Experience using AI tools to support day-to-day work.

What you’ll do:

• Experience in a client-facing, customer service, or administrative role; up to 1 year in KYC/AML or financial services is a plus.

• Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn KYC/AML principles and retail client onboarding processes. Confident, clear communicator, comfortable handling client queries.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Problem-solving mindset, with good judgement on when to escalate.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to manage a varied workload against KPIs and SLAs.
