As a working student in our IT lab support team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our lab operations. Requirements
Active student status in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Availability to work at least 80% of the time from our office, ensuring a dedicated presence.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with the team.
Basic knowledge of Linux (command line), Bash, and Python, enabling you to navigate and troubleshoot systems.
SEP certificate cat. E1, an advantage for those with relevant experience.
Ability to diagnose and service electronics and electrical devices at a basic level, a valuable skill for troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient documentation and collaboration.
Jira basic knowledge or willingness to learn, as we use it for project management and issue tracking.
Responsibilities
Assist with setting up and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and ready for use.
Provide technical support to staff, offering guidance and solutions for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the team.
Help manage inventory and documentation, keeping accurate records and ensuring an organized lab environment.
Take care of technical and engineering issues inside the laboratory, providing timely and effective solutions.
Perform simple electrical and logical installations, following safety protocols and best practices.
Update internal technical documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements, contributing to a more efficient and effective lab environment.
