Lead Automation Tester in Java

Description

We are looking for a Lead Automation Tester in Java to drive the quality and reliability of complex financial trading systems through robust automated testing practices. This fully remote role requires close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure high-performing, dependable software. Interested candidates will need to undergo a project interview. Responsibilities Conduct automated testing using Java to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of applications Collaborate with the development team to identify test requirements and create test cases Execute test cases, analyze test results, and report any issues or bugs Work with stakeholders to understand and clarify testing requirements Assist in the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and test automation scripts Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing strategies and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement efforts of the testing process and strive for efficiency Requirements 7+ years of experience in Automated Testing using Java Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Background in the financial domain is a strong plus Expertise in crypto trading platforms (Deltix, Talo, Elwood, Wyden) and FIX standard Proficiency in English at a B2+ level Nice to have Skills in Python

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Automated Testing using Java

• Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices

• Background in the financial domain is a strong plus

• Expertise in crypto trading platforms (Deltix, Talo, Elwood, Wyden) and FIX standard

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
