You will ensure coherent, enterprise-wide direction across business functional domains (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service). Each day, you will provide architectural leadership, guidance, and support that will enable functional autonomy while preventing fragmentation, duplication, and architectural drift in a decentralized organization. This role operates at enterprise scale, arbitrating trade-offs across functions, platforms, and delivery units to ensure long-term business and technology sustainability. The role will primarily oversee the domain architecture for Legal & Integrity, HR and Finance, and will have input into other functional domains.   • Expertise in functional capability modeling, business process harmonization, SaaS and packaged application landscapes, cross-domain dependency management, and architecture governance at enterprise scale

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills

  • Ability to arbitrate complex trade-offs pragmatically

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and scale
