Migration\Solution Tech Lead

Description

We are seeking a Migration/Solution Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for the Contract Lifecycle Management, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard workstreams within a wider UiPath application transformation program. This role will lead the transition from existing tools, prototypes, and partially completed solutions to UiPath-native applications, defining the technical migration approach, guiding implementation teams, managing cross-system dependencies, and ensuring adherence to common architecture, security, integration, data, testing, and release standards. Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery and migration approach for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard Translate the program architecture into practical solution designs for the three application workstreams Ensure application designs follow shared standards for UiPath development, integrations, data, security, controls, AI-enabled capabilities, and auditability Assess existing solutions, prototypes, workflows, documentation, integrations, and partially completed components before incorporating them into target applications Identify technical debt, unsupported assumptions, design gaps, security concerns, and limitations in inherited work Define the migration sequence, technical prerequisites, transition checkpoints, validation approach, and rollback considerations Lead the technical design of contract workflows, document-processing capabilities, approval routing, contract-data extraction, and audit evidence for CLM Lead the technical design of purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data processing, renewal workflows, spend reporting, and review functionality for SaaS Management Lead the technical design of access-certification workflows, connectors, role mappings, segregation-of-duties controls, escalation routing, and audit trails for AccessGuard Design integration approaches for Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, SAP, identity systems, and other in-scope platforms Coordinate migration dependencies with customer system owners, platform teams, security teams, and third-party suppliers Convert business requirements and process designs into detailed technical designs and implementable engineering tasks Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency sequencing, and readiness assessment Requirements 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles delivering enterprise application migrations or transformations Expertise in UiPath development, integrations, and AI-enabled automation capabilities Background in leading technical design for contract lifecycle management, procurement, or access-governance solutions Skills in designing integrations with platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP Proficiency in identity systems, authentication, authorization, and data mapping for enterprise integrations Knowledge of security, controls, and auditability standards within large-scale transformation programs Understanding of migration planning, including sequencing, technical prerequisites, validation, and rollback strategies Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint planning in agile delivery environments Capability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies with architects, business analysts, testers, project managers, and security teams English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles delivering enterprise application migrations or transformations

• Expertise in UiPath development, integrations, and AI-enabled automation capabilities

• Background in leading technical design for contract lifecycle management, procurement, or access-governance solutions

• Skills in designing integrations with platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP

• Proficiency in identity systems, authentication, authorization, and data mapping for enterprise integrations

• Knowledge of security, controls, and auditability standards within large-scale transformation programs

• Understanding of migration planning, including sequencing, technical prerequisites, validation, and rollback strategies

• Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint planning in agile delivery environments

• Capability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies with architects, business analysts, testers, project managers, and security teams

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
