The role & the team
This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of minimum 6 months. Our team takes care of how employment changes are managed and how the organizational structure is built and maintained. We make sure HR data is consistent, reliable, and supports the company’s stability. In this role, you’ll help improve HR administrative processes and take part in projects that have a real impact across the organization.

Who are we looking for
We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex structures and likes finding smart, practical solutions. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and naturally build good relationships with others. You care about data quality and understand how important smooth processes are for the whole organization.

Previous experience in HR.
What will you do
Take care of the consistency of the organizational structure and maintaining guidelines for job titles and team names.
Manage employee-related processes e.g. position changes, onboarding, offboarding, salary changes
Support Leaders and HRBPs by providing clear and timely information needed for organizational changes.
Work closely with HRBP and Payroll teams to design simple, effective administrative solutions that fit company standards.
Get involved in company-wide projects by handling strategic tasks and sharing your expertise.
Keep organizational data up to date in our systems, ensuring accuracy and high-quality documentation.
