Your profile and qualifications
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Affinity with AI applications and digital technologies that improve efficiency and reporting.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in a project, PMO, portfolio management or business analytics environment is preferred.
A proactive attitude and ambition to develop towards a more strategic PMO leadership role.

Your responsibilities and tasks
Maintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.
Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
Collect, analyze and consolidate project data into meaningful insights.
Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, risks and resource utilization.
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.
Ensure consistent governance, reporting standards and project management processes.
Identify portfolio-wide risks, dependencies and escalation points.
Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management tools, reporting methods and decision-making processes.
Facilitate communication between project managers, functional teams and senior stakeholders.
