Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of this strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for analytical products, systems, and services, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the sales organization to achieve targets through high performance.This role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytics Division, Business Line Analytical in Eastern Europe. The work model for the role is: #Li-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Anticipating and identifying shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions proactively.Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation and allocating the required resources.Planning and executing customer engagement initiatives and acting on survey results to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.Leading and participating in the negotiation of key contracts, driving commercial outcomes aligned with ABB's regional growth ambitions.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented, diverse, and motivated team within ABB's Measurement & Analytics Division, where collaboration and ambition drive results. You will have the autonomy to shape ABB's commercial presence across Eastern Europe, supported by an experienced European sales organization and reporting directly to the European Sales Manager.Qualifications for the roleMinimum 10 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation or related industrial measurement industry, with a strong understanding of the Polish and Eastern European market landscape.Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of building and executing successful sales strategies in complex, multi-country environments.Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, combined with excellent negotiation and influencing skills at senior management level.Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams, with the ability to inspire and drive a culture of accountability and achievement.Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, customer focus, and the ability to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver sustainable business growth.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional Eastern European languages will be considered an advantage. Valid Category B driving licence. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the analytical instrumentation or related industrial measurement industry is required.
At least 5 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of building and executing successful sales strategies in complex, multi-country environments is essential.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, combined with excellent negotiation and influencing skills at senior management level is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams, with the ability to inspire and drive a culture of accountability and achievement is required.
An entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, customer focus, and the ability to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver sustainable business growth are essential.
Fluency in Polish and English is required; knowledge of additional Eastern European languages will be considered an advantage.
