This role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, leveraging technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow platforms, and AI-driven tools, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of automated processes. The Process Automation Specialist works for VW Bank (own company) as well as on behalf of VW Leasing, based on dedicated outsourcing agreements.
