The role & the team
Your team is responsible for building, standardizing, and driving Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and consistent product communication across the organization. The key focus is prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and removing roadblocks in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams. On a daily basis, you will lead a team of specialists while also managing your own product marketing projects across both PLG and SLG.

Who are we looking for
As a Product Marketing Team Lead, you will combine two roles: leading a 5-person Product Marketing team while also being a hands-on expert who is ready to step into projects and drive them through to completion when needed.
Our industry – transport and logistics – is evolving at a rapid pace. We operate with a business model that combines Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG), so there will never be a dull moment!
What will you do?
Lead and develop the team: Manage a 5-person PMM team, provide mentoring and regular feedback, allocate resources, and support talent development and motivation.
Develop and standardize the PMM function: Build the function from the ground up, define working standards and GTM processes such as product launches, website creation and updates, internal enablement, product education and communication, and establish a consistent PMM operating model across the organization.
Manage priorities: Maintain the backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that the team’s activities contribute to agreed goals.
Ensure quality and consistency of product communication: Enforce messaging standards, oversee key materials, and ensure clear and consistent positioning across the organization, including new website launches, product launches, and repositioning initiatives.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Sales/Customer Success (customer-facing teams), and Brand to remove roadblocks and improve the flow of information.
Work with data: Make decisions based on KPIs, product and sales data, and measure the business impact of PMM activities.
Be hands-on: Own selected product marketing projects end-to-end whenever the situation requires it.
What your future teammates love the most
daily breakfast at the office,
private healthcare and group insurance,
access to massage sessions at the office,
preventive healthcare initiatives,
a subsidized Multisport card and participation in sports events,

additional funds to equip your home office.
We are looking for you if
You have at least 5 years of solid Product Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or professional services environment.
You have experience leading and supporting a team of experienced specialists, while still enjoying rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership of projects yourself when needed.
You are comfortable working in a large, international organization (around 1,000 employees), can build strong stakeholder relationships, and remain focused on priorities.
You have experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and think systemically – you can translate strategy into processes and tangible outcomes.
You are highly comfortable interpreting data and business metrics, including KPIs, sales data, and product data.
You know how to use AI tools effectively and thoughtfully to increase efficiency while avoiding so-called AI slop.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including empathy, communication, conflict resolution, and giving and receiving feedback. You can also stay composed in stressful situations and under time pressure.
You are fluent in both Polish and English, spoken and written.
