Requirements
Engineering degree or very strong technical background with a proven record of problem solving, continuous improvement and results delivery.
Good organisational and analytical skills, with experience interpreting performance data and applying structured improvement methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with engineers, managers and cross-functional teams at all levels.
Experience or working knowledge of Lean tools and techniques such as process mapping, 5 S, Kaizen, waste identification and KPI management.
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Suite and Trello advantageous.
Ability to work with a high level of individual responsibility, managing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
