Your Qualifications
Actively pursuing a degree
Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate in a business environment (min. B2 level)
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
Knowledge of German is a plus
Fluency in MS Excel
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment
Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills
Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions
Able to work 30 hours per week is advantageous (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)

Your Key Responsibilities
Providing service and support with daily tasks for the ServiceNow Team
Serving as the first point of contact for requestors, identifying urgent requests, answering simple questions, or redirecting them to the Key User
Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing and grouping similar input, and presenting survey results to the Key User, Project Manager, or Management
Managing the order confirmation process, including its automation
Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists
Providing helpdesk support for internal customers
Working under time pressure
